Talk to NPC Tamora at the left side of NPC Shelly,after that,talk to NPC Gotjee at the left bay from Tamora,then go to the upper mountain(up big waterfall), talk to an NPC Fladdery,then find 3 Items at the dungeon near him.

after that,talk to that guy,then go talk to NPC Tamora and tell her that her brother is fine,then straight away talk to NPC Gotjee.
Remember,to entering the bridge behind NPC Gotjee,you must wear 3 items that you got,and for your info that items no longer with you.
After you pass the bridge,find a chest where the treasure in sight as a~
