For zombie slayer, go to a npc just right from guildhouse. He will ask you to kill 3 zombies. After that , talk to him again and u will get that achivement. While tomb rider, bring shovel and head over to old academy (western south from town) . Dig in fromt of a signboard and find the chest. Hope u get best luck. Oh yeah, both of them on solamhar island.
