It is possible to make a theme for java, but the results will not be as good as symbian. I even once made a theme for the java samples, but the interest of people towards these themes are not so good. (Repost)

Regarding interest not so good,hmm~ I don't think so,because not all peoples using symbian 
like at my country,some of them using s.e,b.Mobile handphone,and many more java based phone 
why not you just make a link for the java users to download any themes they want.
