Did u fought yeti? If yes, it is its skill (crush). If no, tell us what monster u fighting. The moderators had better answer than me.

why if hunt yeti i can't use skill. That a bug..?

as Seribuana had explain,if you hunt Yeti,your skill will be reload again by it's skill name 'crush',so I can say it is impossible to use skills at yeti for now.

its not imposible to use skill when u hunt yeti. Use skill before u face yeti, if yeti use 'crush' your skill bar is become gray but your skill still actived.
